- File Access: The App does not access local files without user consent. The data storage location is strictly limited to the folder explicitly selected by the user via the folder selection dialog (The system "Screenshots" folder is displayed as the initial default folder).

When you contact us for support or bug reports, your email address and the content of your inquiry will be provided to us. This information will be used solely to respond to your inquiries and provide support, and will never be used for any other purpose.

有限会社ソウガソフト（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するMicrosoft Storeアプリ「Capture pane」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集いたしません。また、アプリから外部のサーバーへユーザーのデータを転送・送信する機能は含まれておりません。

- 広告配信: なし（サードパーティ製広告によるデータ収集はありません）

2. デバイスの機能・アクセス権限について
本アプリは、ユーザーのプライバシーに配慮し、不要なデバイス権限の要求を行いません。
- カメラ・マイク等: 使用しません。
- ファイルのアクセス: アプリがユーザーの同意なしにローカルファイルへアクセスすることはありません。データの保存先は、ユーザーがフォルダー指定ダイアログを使用して明示的に選択したフォルダーのみに限定されます（※初期フォルダーとして、システムの「スクリーンショット」フォルダーを表示します）。
3. お問い合わせ時の情報について
ユーザーが当社にお問い合わせ（バグ報告やサポート依頼など）をされた際、メールアドレスやお問い合わせ内容が当社に提供されます。これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの回答およびサポート対応の目的にのみ使用し、他の目的には一切利用いたしません。
